Using asymmetric conversion method, (2 R,3R) -tartaric acid as the splitting agent, the two-step reaction of the racemization of L-proline and the salt crystallization of D-proline and (2 R,3R) -tartaric acid was carried out simultaneously in the presence of butyraldehyde. The total yield reached 82%. |
